Access To Care
Reducing barriers to care across Spartanburg County
The Access to Care Committee focuses on reducing barriers that keep people in Spartanburg County from getting the care they need. By working alongside healthcare providers, community organizations, and local partners, the group supports efforts that expand access, strengthen coordination, and connect residents to essential services.

Lasting change starts with the community. This committee works to elevate local voices and strengthen the ability of community-based organizations and grassroots leaders to shape solutions, expand their impact, and help guide the work of Live Healthy Spartanburg.
Chronic Health Conditions
Supporting prevention and healthier daily living
This committee focuses on improving prevention and management of chronic health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. Members explore ways to support healthier daily living through access to healthy food, opportunities for physical activity, and programs that help residents manage long-term health challenges.

Helping children and families thrive
The Resilient Children & Families Committee focuses on helping children and families thrive. Working with community partners, the group supports efforts that strengthen family stability, expand access to supportive services, and create environments where children can grow up healthy, safe, and prepared for the future.
